Q: Do I need any prior experience with Money mindset work or retreats?
A: No previous experience is necessary. All exercises and teachings are accessible, whether you’re new to this work or have explored Money mindset before. The only element required is for you to know your Sacred Money Archetypes, which you can find here - www.koogar.co.uk/matrix (keep the email you are sent as you will be asked to bring it with you Cant find it, no problem. Dont do the Assessment again as Amanda will have your results)

Q: What will the day look like?
A: The retreat runs from 9:30am to 5:30pm (get there for 9am, so you can settle in and meet other Guests). It includes a mix of guided visualisations, Cacao (The Elixir and Homemade Chocolates), movement, group work, journaling, and practical exercises, plus breaks and a nourishing lunch.
Q: Is this retreat suitable for people who feel anxious, nervous or ashamed about Money?
A: Absolutely. The retreat is a supportive, non-judgmental space designed to help you gently explore and heal your relationship with Money, and also help you not be anxious, nervous or ashamed with Money. This retreat is designed for you to lean into the uncomfortable and find the magic within it.
Q: Will I have to share personal financial details with the group?
A: No. Money Magic™ is designed for you to work through sessions Amanda has prepared. You are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable. Group sharing is about experiences and insights, not specific numbers or private information.
Q: Is there ongoing support after the retreat?
A: Details about follow-up support will be shared at the event, so you can stay accountable as you implement what you’ve learned moving forward. There is also Amanda's One-to-One Money™ Program, its 6 months, One-to-One, so please ask if this is something of interest.
